Volute outer wrapped concrete and surrounding structure combined stress construction method
The invention provides a volute outer wrapped concrete and surrounding structure combined stress construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that: (1) pre-fixing: a volute top plate reinforcement is anchored into an advanced casting structure; (2) primary casting: a primary casting structure is cast on the basis of a casting template stand mold, and is cured for many days to reach a designed strength; (3) template disassembly: a casting template is disassembled; new and old concrete joint surfaces of the primary casting structure formed in the casting process are drilled roughly; (4) volute mounting: a metal volute is mounted and electromechanical equipment is embedded; and meanwhile; a volute reinforcement on the metal volute is bound; (5) welding: the volute top plate reinforcement and a pre-fixed exposed reinforcement are welded to change a force transfer mechanism of the volute top plate so as to cancel the volute outer wrapped concrete side wall reinforcementarrangement; and (6) volute outer wrapped concrete is then cast. The construction method can reduce the reinforcement processing, mounting and use level, simplify the construction process, reduce thecross operation, accelerate the construction progress, save the engineering investment and achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.
本发明提供了一种蜗壳外包混凝土与周边结构联合受力的施工方法,包含如下步骤:①预固定:将蜗壳顶板钢筋锚入至先行浇筑结构内;②先浇筑:基于浇筑模板立模浇筑先行浇筑结构,并经多天养护以达到设计强度;③拆除模板:拆除浇筑模板,对先行浇筑结构在浇筑过程中形成的新老混凝土缝面做凿毛处理;④安装蜗壳:安装金属蜗壳并埋设机电设备,同时对金属蜗壳上的蜗壳钢筋进行绑扎;⑤焊接:将蜗壳顶板钢筋与预固定外露钢筋焊接,改变蜗壳顶板传力机理,从而取消蜗壳外包混凝土侧墙钢筋布置;⑥后浇筑蜗壳外包混凝土。本发明可减少钢筋加工、安装及使用量,简化施工工艺,减少交叉作业,加快施工进度,节省工程投资,节能环保。
