The invention relates to a diversion trench roof structure concrete and refractory concrete integrated construction method, which comprises the following steps of: reversing the traditional construction process of a diversion trench roof part, namely, firstly constructing a refractory concrete protective layer, and then pouring roof structure concrete; a diversion trench top plate refractory concrete prefabricated part is used as a formwork during concrete pouring of a top plate structure. After the refractory concrete prefabricated parts are hoisted and assembled, a roof structure reinforcing mesh is arranged and bound immediately, and finally refractory joint bars are installed, so that the refractory concrete protective layer and the structural concrete construction process are effectively fused, the formwork erecting frequency is reduced, and the overall construction efficiency is improved; and inconvenience and safety risks caused by the fire-resistant joint bars to construction of operators are reduced.
本发明涉及一种导流槽顶板结构混凝土与耐火混凝土一体化施工方法,将导流槽顶板部位的传统施工工序进行颠倒,即先施作耐火混凝土防护层,随即再浇筑顶板结构混凝土,利用导流槽顶板耐火混凝土预制件作为顶板结构混凝土浇筑时的模板。耐火混凝土预制件吊运拼装完毕后,随即进行顶板结构钢筋网的布设和绑扎,最后安装耐火插筋,将耐火混凝土防护层和结构混凝土施工过程进行有效融合,减少支模次数,提高整体施工效率,并减少耐火插筋对作业人员施工带来的不便和安全风险。
