Integrated cast-in-place construction method for diversion trench top plate
The invention relates to an integrated cast-in-place construction method for a diversion trench top plate, which comprises the following steps of: reversing the traditional construction process of the diversion trench top plate part, namely, firstly pouring a refractory concrete protective layer, then pouring top plate structure concrete, and using the poured refractory concrete of the diversion trench top plate as a template for pouring the top plate structure concrete. The connecting piece is introduced in the construction process, fire-resistant joint bar operation is carried out after top plate structural steel bar construction is completed, and the adverse effects of fire-resistant joint bars on construction operation and personnel safety are effectively reduced. Longitudinal bar penetrating holes and transverse bar penetrating holes are formed in one ends of the connecting pieces and used for being connected with a reinforcing mesh in the refractory concrete; and the other end is a threaded sleeve which is used for being connected with a fire-resistant joint bar. After the refractory concrete layer is poured for 24 hours, a roof structure reinforcing mesh is laid and bound, finally, refractory joint bars are installed, the refractory concrete protective layer and the structural concrete construction process are effectively fused, the formwork erecting frequency is reduced, and the overall construction efficiency is improved.
