The invention discloses a concrete brick repairing technology, and relates to the technical field of building technology, the repairing technology comprises the following steps: 1) determining the mixing ratio of grey cement to yellow cement to painting type fine yellow sand to black stone of the concrete brick to be 100: (10-20): 250: (20-30), and manufacturing the concrete brick according to the mixing ratio; (2) according to the damage condition of the building facade, the damage degree is judged, and different repairing processes are determined according to the different damage degrees; (3) when the damage degree shows that the local bricks of the building are seriously damaged or lost, the concrete bricks manufactured in the step (1) are used for building the vacancy filling facade; and 4) repairing the surface layer, keeping the repaired surface layer consistent with the original surface layer in color and coarse and fine particle degree, and drawing grids and pointing. According to the invention, a concrete brick with a proper mixing ratio and a surface layer preparation mode are provided, and the prepared concrete brick is used for repairing a building facade concrete brick, so that the effect of highly restoring an original wall surface is achieved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土砖修缮工艺，涉及建筑工艺技术领域，修缮工艺包括以下步骤：步骤1)、确定混凝土砖的配合比为灰水泥：黄水泥：粉刷类细黄沙：黑石子＝100:10‑20:250:20‑30，并根据所述配合比制作混凝土砖；步骤2)、根据建筑外立面损坏情况，判断损坏程度，并根据不同的损坏程度确定不同的修缮工艺；步骤3)、当损坏程度表现为建筑局部砖块损坏严重或缺失时，采用如步骤1)制作的混凝土砖砌筑补缺外立面；步骤4)、修补面层，并保持修补后的面层与原始面层的颜色和粗细颗粒程度一致，并划格勾缝。本发明通过给出合适配合比的混凝土砖及面层配制方式，并采用以此配制出的混凝土砖进行建筑外立面混凝土砖的修缮，起到高度还原原始墙面的效果。
