PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silica brick for hot repairing high in spalling resistance and capable of conducting repair process in a short time.SOLUTION: There is provided a silica brick for hot repairing by mixing, molding and hot treating a refractory raw material blended article containing amorphous silica having particle size of 1 mm or more of 15 mass% to 45 mass%, amorphous silica having particle size of less than 1 mm of 30 mass% to 60 mass%, crystalline silica having particle size of 1 mm or more of 10 mass% to 30 mass% and crystalline silica having particle size of less than 1 mm of 30 mass% or less (including 0), and having the total content of amorphous silica and crystalline silica of 95 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐スポーリング性が高く、かつ短時間で補修施工を実施可能な熱間補修用珪石れんがを提供すること。【解決手段】粒度が１ｍｍ以上の非晶質シリカを１５質量％以上４５質量％以下、粒度が１ｍｍ未満の非晶質シリカを３０質量％以上６０質量％以下、粒度が１ｍｍ以上の結晶質シリカを１０質量％以上３０質量％以下含み、粒度が１ｍｍ未満の結晶質シリカの含有量が３０質量％以下（０を含む）であって、非晶質シリカと結晶質シリカとの合量が９５質量％以上である耐火原料配合物を、混練、成形後、熱処理してなる熱間補修用珪石れんが。【選択図】なし
