Steel slag and mineral slag grinding-aid activating agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a steel slag and mineral slag grinding aid activator, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The steel slag and mineral slag grinding-aid activator comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40-60% of a grinding-aid modifier, 2-15% of a grinding-aid dispersant and 35-45% of inorganic salt, the grinding aid modifier is prepared from ethylenediamine tetramethylenephosphonic acid, triethanolamine, zinc bromide and hydroquinone according to the mass ratio of (30 to 40) to (50 to 60) to (1 to 5) to (1 to 5); the grinding aid dispersant is a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate or/and triisopropanolamine; the inorganic salt comprises sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate. The grinding-aid activating agent disclosed by the invention can be used for remarkably improving the grinding efficiency of a steel slag and mineral slag composite system, enhancing the early strength of the system and improving the volume stability of the system.
