The invention provides a low-carbon thermal-insulation hydrophobic magnesium oxysulfate cement-biomass fiber foam material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of building materials. The raw materials comprise active magnesium oxide, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, water, citric acid, a foaming agent, a hydrophobic modifier and biomass fibers in a mass ratio of (300-350): 120: (360-440): (0.5-2): (0.5-5): (0.5-5): (5-30). The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing magnesium oxysulfate cement paste, adding the biomass material, foaming and curing; and carrying out hydrophobic treatment on the cured magnesium oxysulfate-biomass fiber foaming material to obtain the low-carbon heat-insulation and heat-preservation hydrophobic magnesium oxysulfate cement-biomass fiber foaming material. The foam cement material prepared by the invention not only has good mechanical properties, but also has good thermal insulation property and excellent hydrophobic property, and can be widely applied to thermal insulation materials of non-bearing walls, anti-fouling decorative materials and the like.
本发明提供了一种低碳隔热保温疏水型硫氧镁水泥‑生物质纤维发泡材料及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料领域。原料包括活性氧化镁、无水硫酸镁、水、柠檬酸、发泡剂、疏水改性剂、生物质纤维,质量比为(300‑350):120:(360‑440):(0.5‑2):(0.5‑5):(0.5‑5):(5‑30)。制备时,先配置硫氧镁水泥浆体,加入生物质材料并进行发泡、养护;再将养护完成的硫氧镁‑生物质纤维发泡材料进行疏水处理,得到低碳隔热保温疏水型硫氧镁水泥‑生物质纤维发泡材料。本发明制备出的发泡水泥材料不仅具有较好的力学性能,同时还具有良好保温性能和优异疏水性能,可广泛用于非承重墙体的保温材料和抗污的装饰性材料等。
