Pavement flatness detection device
The invention discloses a pavement flatness detection device which comprises a detection mechanism, two advancing mechanisms and a cross arm mechanism. The advancing mechanism comprises an outer shell, a connecting piece, an inner shell, a first rotation driving mechanism, a first rotating shaft, a first sliding groove guide rail, a supporting leg, a first rack and a push-pull type electromagnet. The cross arm mechanism comprises a second sliding groove guide rail and a second rack. The detection mechanism comprises a sliding block, a second rotation driving mechanism, a detector, an air blower and a purging pipe. The detector is driven by the sliding block to move on the first sliding groove guide rail and the second sliding groove guide rail, the detector detects the distance between the detector and the road surface in a non-contact mode, and therefore road surface flatness information is obtained. The two advancing mechanisms alternately drive the cross arm mechanism to turn over, linear movement of the device is achieved, the sliding block can keep linear continuous forward movement, continuous detection of the pavement flatness is achieved, manual large-distance measurement is not needed, manual repeated movement is not needed, the manual workload is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved.
