The invention relates to the field of earthwork backfill compactness measurement, and particularly discloses an earthwork backfill compactness measurement device which comprises a filter barrel mechanism, a multi-stage filter mechanism, a stirring mechanism and a gas-water conveying mechanism, the filter barrel mechanism comprises a filter barrel and a discharging structure, and the discharging structure is installed on the outer wall of the filter barrel and used for discharging of the filter barrel; the multi-stage filtering mechanism is mounted in the filtering barrel and is used for receiving and filtering the large amount of sand; the stirring mechanism is mounted at the barrel opening part of the filter barrel, partially extends into the filter barrel and is used for stirring the measured sand received by the first filter screen assembly, the second filter screen assembly and the third filter screen assembly; the air-water conveying mechanism is mounted on the side of the filter barrel mechanism, is connected with the filter barrel and is used for conveying air and/or water into the filter barrel. According to the invention, the measurement precision of the earthwork backfill compactness is improved.
