The invention discloses a construction method of a composite vertical anti-seepage separating wall for a refuse landfill, which comprises the following steps: step 1, drilling holes in a planned vertical anti-seepage wall by adopting a curtain grouting mode, symmetrically arranging the drill holes along the central axis of the planned vertical anti-seepage wall, flushing the drill holes, and then grouting, the grouting height is 0.5 m or above higher than the dense layer/loose layer interface; secondly, after grouting is completed, a concrete guide wall is built on each of the two sides of the vertical anti-seepage wall to be built, and maintenance is conducted for 7-14 days; secondly, a groove is excavated in the area where the vertical anti-seepage wall is planned to be built till a dense layer/loose layer interface is formed; thirdly, a steel plate with the surface coated with epoxy resin is inserted into the intersection of the axis of the groove and the dense layer/loose layer interface, and the top of the steel plate is flush with the grouting horizontal plane in the drilled hole; bentonite slurry is adopted for protecting the wall of the groove; fourthly, the vertical anti-seepage isolation wall is poured; and fifthly, after pouring is completed, the top of the vertical anti-seepage isolation wall is covered with a layer of in-situ soil.
本发明公开了一种垃圾填埋场用复合型垂直防渗隔离墙施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、在拟建垂直防渗墙采用帷幕灌浆方式实施钻孔,钻孔沿拟建垂直防渗墙的中心轴线对称设置,对钻孔冲洗后进行灌浆,灌浆高度高于密实层/疏松层交界面0.5m以上;步骤二、完成灌浆后,在拟建垂直防渗墙两侧各修筑一道混凝土导墙,养护7‑14天;接着在拟建垂直防渗墙区域开挖沟槽,直至密实层/疏松层交界面;步骤三、在沟槽轴线与密实层/疏松层交界面相交处插入表面涂覆有环氧树脂的钢板,钢板顶部与钻孔中灌浆水平面齐平;采用膨润土泥浆对沟槽进行护壁;步骤四、浇筑垂直防渗隔离墙;步骤五、浇筑完成后在垂直防渗隔离墙顶部覆盖一层原位土。
