The invention relates to a centering and fastening device for a jacking of a scaffold, the scaffold and a centering and fastening method. The centering and fastening device comprises two fastening holes which are oppositely formed in two flange plates of the jacking; the two centering bolts are connected to the two fastening holes in a penetrating mode and used for abutting against the two opposite sides of a to-be-supported main keel so that the main keel can be relatively fixed to the middle position of the jacking support. The main keel can be quickly and accurately centered and fastened on the jacking, and the defects of potential safety hazards, cost increase and the like caused by eccentrically placing the main keel are avoided.
