FASTENING DEVICE OF WEDGE FASTENING TYPE SCAFFOLD
The present invention provides a fastening device of a wedge fastening-type scaffold in a simple structure. The fastening device of a wedge fastening-type scaffold comprises: a support bracket for a pillar; and a coupling bracket for a vertical rod end. The support bracket is shaped into a reverse square C in a plane view. A coupling bracket comprises: a wedge in a longitudinal plate shape, having a vertical unit having a horizontal protrusion formed on an upper end and facing a back, a reverse C-shaped unit extended downward from the vertical unit, formed in a reverse C shape and having a second half inclined towards the front bottom at the same inclination angle as a central wall in the support bracket, and a lower end unit inclined towards the rear bottom; a wedge guiding member having a periphery protruding rearward, with a rear opened recess portion provided to allow the wedge to be inserted into the vertical wall, a lower end unit having a rear upper portion fixed on a front end of a horizontal bar and a rear lower portion hung on the support bracket, and a support bracket penetration unit located lower than the lower end unit, wherein the wedge is inserted while leaving the reverse C-shaped unit on an upper portion of the periphery rather than the recess portion on the upper end of the periphery, a corrugated front end of an upper C-shaped unit of the wedge is in contact with the vertical wall, an upper half of a lower C-shaped unit is in contact with the central wall of the support bracket, and then a lower portion of a lower C-shaped unit protruding downward from the support bracket is to be in contact with the rear surface of the rear protrusion-type periphery; and a leaf spring fixed on a front lower portion of the horizontal pole to be pressurized and welded to a rear surface of a upper half of the upper C-shaped unit of the wedge.
본 발명은, 구조가 간단한 쐐기 긴결식 비계에 있어서의 긴결 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 쐐기 긴결식 비계에 있어서의 긴결 장치는, 지주의 받침 금구와, 가로대 단부의 결합 금구를 포함한다. 받침 금구는, 평면에서 보아 コ자형이다. 결합 금구는, 상단에 뒤쪽을 향하는 수평 돌출부가 형성된 수직부와 수직부로부터 아래쪽으로 역く자형으로 연장되고 그 하반이 받침 금구의 중앙벽과 대략 동일한 경사도로 전방 하향으로 경사진 역く자부와 또한 이것보다 후방 하향으로 경사진 하단부를 갖는 세로로 긴 판 형상의 쐐기와, 수직벽에 쐐기를 끼워 넣는 용도의 후방 개구 오목부를 상방 에지에 갖는 후방 돌출형 주연이 형성되고, 그 뒤쪽 상부가 가로대 전단에 고착되며, 그 아래쪽에 있어서 받침 금구에 걸리는 용도의 하향 단부가 형성되고, 이것보다 아래 부분이 받침 금구 관통부가 되고, 후방 돌출형 주연 상단의 오목부보다 つ자부를 후방 돌출형 주연의 위쪽에 남겨 두고 쐐기가 끼워 넣어지며, 쐐기의 상부 く자부의 굴곡 전단이 수직벽에 접하고, 하부 く자부의 상반이 받침 금구의 중앙벽에 접하며, 하부 く자부의 하부가 받침 금구의 아래쪽으로 돌출되어 후방 돌출형 주연의 후면에 접하도록 되어진 쐐기 안내 부재와, 가로대의 전단 하부에 고정되어 쐐기의 상부 く자부의 상반 후면에 압접하는 판스프링을 포함한다.

The present invention provides a fastening device of a wedge fastening-type scaffold in a simple structure. A coupling bracket comprises: a wedge in a longitudinal plate shape, having a vertical unit having a horizontal protrusion formed on an upper end and facing a back, a reverse C-shaped unit extended downward from the vertical unit, formed in a reverse C shape and having a second half inclined towards the front bottom at the same inclination angle as a central wall in the support bracket, and a lower end unit inclined towards the rear bottom; a wedge guiding member having a periphery protruding rearward, with a rear opened recess portion provided to allow the wedge to be inserted into the vertical wall, a lower end unit having a rear upper portion fixed on a front end of a horizontal bar and a rear lower portion hung on the support bracket, and a support bracket penetration unit located lower than the lower end unit, wherein the wedge is inserted while leaving the reverse C-shaped unit on an upper portion of the periphery rather than the recess portion on the upper end of the periphery, a corrugated front end of an upper C-shaped unit of the wedge is in contact with the vertical wall, an upper half of a lower C-shaped unit is in contact with the central wall of the support bracket, and then a lower portion of a lower C-shaped unit protruding downward from the support bracket is to be in contact with the rear surface of the rear protrusion-type periphery; and a leaf spring fixed on a front lower portion of the horizontal pole to be pressurized and welded to a rear surface of a upper half of the upper C-shaped unit of the wedge.
