The invention further provides the high-powder-content machine-made sand concrete and application thereof. According to the scheme, the high-powder-content machine-made sand is pretreated, on one hand, edges and corners on the surface of the machine-made sand can be eliminated, on the other hand, the stone powder is solidified on the surface of the machine-made sand, the situation that the stone powder is dissolved to affect the effect of a water reducing agent is prevented, and meanwhile the prepared concrete has good flowing performance and mechanical performance.
