The machine-made sand concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 350 to 370 parts of cement, 50 to 100 parts of fly ash, 100 to 150 parts of mineral powder, 40 to 60 parts of microbeads, 700 to 820 parts of sand, 1000 to 1200 parts of gravel, 12 to 16 parts of additive and 140 to 150 parts of water. The C80 concrete with low yield stress is prepared by blending the raw materials, indexes such as yield stress, plastic viscosity and the like are taken as the basis of pumping performance, and the expansion degree and the collapse time are taken as auxiliary indexes, so that the pumping pressure is reduced, and the pumping efficiency is improved.
