The invention provides a cement-based material for inhibiting alkali aggregate expansion and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method includes the steps that water, cement and inert solid waste are stirred to be uniform, then river sand is poured into the mixture, a water reducing agent is added while stirring is conducted till the mixture is stirred to be uniform, and the cement-based material is obtained, and the mass ratio of the water to the cement to the river sand to the inert solid waste to the water reducing agent is (108-311): (254-675): (571-2025): (41-341): (0.02-1). Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the actual water-cement ratio (water-cement ratio = m water/m cement) of the cement-based material is not damaged, a large amount of waste stone powder is doped into the cement-based material in a fixed water-cement ratio mode, and alkali aggregate reaction is inhibited by means of reducing the internal alkalinity of the cement-based material, compacting the microstructure, reducing the porosity and the like; a large amount of inert solid waste can be doped into the cement-based material, so that the use amount of cement is reduced, and the economic and environmental benefits are good; the preparation method is simple, free of special treatment on inert solid waste, simple in step, low in cost and suitable for popularization.
本发明提供了一种抑制碱骨料膨胀的水泥基材料及其制备方法,将水、水泥和惰性固废搅拌均匀,再倒入河砂,边搅拌边加入减水剂至搅拌均匀得到水泥基材料,其中,水、水泥、河砂、惰性固废和减水剂的质量比为(108‑311):(254‑675):(571‑2025):(41‑341):(0.02‑1)。与现有技术相比,本发明的制备方法不损伤水泥基材料的“实际水灰比”(水灰比=m水/m水泥),采取固定水灰比的方式将废石粉大量掺入水泥基材料中,通过降低水泥基材料内部碱度、密实微观结构、降低孔隙率等改进手段抑制碱骨料反应;本发明的惰性固废能够大量掺入水泥基材料降低水泥的用量,经济和环境效益好;本发明的制备方法简单,无须对惰性固废特殊处理,步骤简易、成本低,适合推广。
