Regenerated micro-powder green cement and preparation method thereof
The invention particularly discloses regenerated micro-powder green cement and a preparation method thereof. The regenerated micro powder green cement is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, regenerated micro powder, fly ash, hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide, sodium silicate and ferric sulfate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing the regenerated micro powder in a hydrochloric acid solution, stirring, filtering, drying, grinding, adding other raw materials, and uniformly stirring and mixing. After the raw materials are uniformly mixed and then water is added, micropores of the regenerated micro powder are filled with the hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide, so that the compactness of the concrete is improved, the cracking of the concrete is inhibited, colloidal precipitates are separated out through sodium silicate decomposition, the adhesion between hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide particles and the regenerated micro powder is realized, the durability of the anti-cracking effect is favorably prolonged, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The ferric sulfate can also react with calcium hydroxide in the concrete to generate precipitates, internal gaps of the concrete are blocked to form supports, the anti-cracking effect of the concrete is further improved, the reutilization rate of waste concrete resources is increased, and promotion and application of the regenerated micro powder are facilitated.
