The invention discloses a composite reinforced integral pavement and a construction method, belongs to the technical field of pavement construction, and aims to solve the problem that the service life of an asphalt concrete pavement is shortened due to the fact that the asphalt concrete pavement is poor in rutting, interlayer bonding and crack resistance in the prior art. The composite reinforced integral pavement comprises a wearing layer, a surface layer, a composite mucous membrane layer and a base layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the surface layer comprises multiple layers of geocells, a bonding layer and an asphalt mixture, grids of the geocells are filled with the asphalt mixture to form geocell layers, and every two adjacent geocell layers are fixedly connected through a mucous membrane layer. According to the composite reinforced integral pavement, the surface layer modulus can be effectively increased, the load distribution range can be expanded, the stress diffusion effect can be enhanced, the stress strain of the surface layer and the vertical stress transmitted to the roadbed can be obviously reduced, and the bearing capacity of the surface layer load can be improved.
本发明公开了一种复合加筋整体式路面及施工方法,属于路面施工技术领域,用以解决现有技术中沥青混凝土路面车辙、层间粘结和抗裂性较差导致沥青混凝土路面的使用寿命降低的问题。该复合加筋整体式路面,包括从上至下依次层叠的磨耗层、面层、复合黏膜层和基层;面层包括土工格室、粘接层和沥青混合料,土工格室的层数为多层,沥青混合料填充至土工格室的网格内,形成土工格室层,相邻两层土工格室层之间通过黏膜层固定连接。本发明的复合加筋整体式路面能够有效增大面层模量,扩大荷载分布范围,增强应力扩散作用,使得面层的应力应变以及传递至路基的垂直应力均显著减小,提高面层荷载的承载能力。
