Composite asphalt pavement construction method
The invention discloses a composite asphalt pavement construction method. A continuous reinforcement concrete composite asphalt pavement is manufactured and is a CRC+AC composite pavement structure, wherein a CRC plate is a main load-bearing structural layer and is used for bearing load stress and environmental stress; the AC layer is an asphalt surface course, serves as a surface functional layerand can provide surface driving comfortable capability; an interlayer interface bonding layer is arranged between the CRC plate and the AC layer, provides interface bonding for CRC+AC, prevents interlayer sliding and displacement under the action of horizontal force and ensures continuity and joint stress of the structural layers; the interlayer interface bonding layer can effectively prevent rainwater from being seeped into the CRC plate to ensure the integral structure of the CRC plate. With adoption of the composite asphalt pavement construction method, the road service life can be effectively prolonged and the amount of maintenance is reduced to reduce influence of reconstruction and maintenance to citizens, and greater social benefit is realized.
本发明公开了一种复合式沥青路面施工方法,制作连续配筋混凝土复合式沥青路面,为CRC+AC复合式路面结构,其中CRC板为主要承重结构层,用于承受荷载应力与环境应力;AC层为沥青面层,作为为表面功能层,可提供表面行车舒适性能;所述CRC和AC层之间设置层间界面黏结层,其为CRC+AC提供界面结合,防止在水平力作用下产生层间滑动与推移,保证结构层的连续与共同受力;层间黏结层有效防止雨水渗入CRC板内部,保证CRC板的整体结构。本发明可有效延长道路使用寿命并减小维修量,从而降低因改造及维修对市民的影响,具有较大的社会效益。
