Vertically-placed limiting rods are fixed between the fixing plates and the connecting blocks correspondingly, and vertically-placed first sliding grooves are formed in the sides, close to the limiting rods, of the supporting shaft sets correspondingly; the lifting mechanism is used for winding the pull rope to enable the adjusting mechanism to drive the arch rib to move upwards, meanwhile, the limiting rods are used for limiting and restraining the first sliding plate and the adjusting mechanism, the arch rib can be prevented from shaking under the influence of external wind power in the lifting process, and when the arch rib moves upwards to the needed position, the arch rib can be adjusted according to the radian of an arch ring of the arch bridge. And any end of the arch rib is selectively controlled to tilt to a corresponding degree, so that the arch rib can be accurately aligned and folded.
