The invention relates to an arch rib floating transportation self-lifting installation method which comprises the following steps: arranging an arch rib assembly site and an arch rib assembly bracket on one bank of a river channel, assembling arch ribs into a whole, and arranging a temporary wharf close to the arch rib assembly site in the river channel; the arch rib lifting supports are erected on the two barges, the arch ribs are pushed to slide to the two barges, the two barges cooperate to transport the arch ribs to the bridge site, and the arch ribs are lifted to the installation position through the lifting frames on the barges to be closed. A corresponding distance can be set between the two ships according to the span of the arch rib, and floating transportation and installation of the large-span arch rib can be realized without being limited by the span of the arch rib; the arch rib is directly lifted and installed through the lifting frame on the ship, a support does not need to be additionally erected in water, and the construction speed is high.
本发明涉及一种拱肋浮运自提升安装方法,在河道一岸布置拱肋拼装场地和拱肋拼装支架,将拱肋拼装成整体,在河道中紧靠拱肋拼装场地设置临时码头;在两艘驳船上搭设拱肋提升支架,将顶推拱肋滑移到两艘驳船上,两船协同将拱肋运至桥位,利用船上提升架将拱肋提升到安装位置合龙。本发明两船之间可根据拱肋跨径设置相应间距,不受拱肋跨径限制可实现大跨径拱肋浮运安装;拱肋通过船上提升架直接提升安装,不用另外在水中搭设支架,施工速度快。
