The frame part can form a first cavity for accommodating the heat absorption piece, the heat transfer assembly and the thermoelectric conversion assembly, a second cavity for accommodating a heat transfer working medium is formed in the first cavity, circulating pipes are arranged at the two ends of the second cavity respectively, and the heat transfer end of the heat transfer assembly is in contact with at least partial area of the heat absorption piece; at least partial area of one end of the thermoelectric conversion assembly is in contact with the high-temperature part of the heat transfer assembly or the heat absorption piece; according to the scheme, two solar heat utilization modes can be achieved at the same time, efficient conversion and storage of solar energy are achieved, the building energy-saving rate is increased, and the purpose of building energy saving is achieved.
