Underground goaf filling expanding agent formula and production process thereof
The invention discloses a formula and a production process of an expanding agent for filling an underground goaf. The expanding agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80% of fly ash, 10% of secondary hazardous waste aluminum ash, 9% of quicklime powder, 0.5% of sodium silicate and 0.5% of aluminum powder paste. The filling expanding agent can be mixed with waste coal gangue of a coal mine, various smelting waste residues, fly ash of a power plant, desulfurized gypsum and the like into slurry to be injected into a goaf for filling, and due to the addition of the filling expanding agent, high-strength, rapid-solidification and early-strength filling slurry prepared from the waste residues can be used for expanding to contact a roof, so that the purpose of filling the goaf in an expanding manner is achieved; the accidents of landslide, disappearance of rivers and lakes, collapse of buildings and village houses and the like caused by cracking of mountain bodies on the tops of roadways and goaf areas are effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种井下采空区充填膨胀剂配方及其生产工艺，膨胀剂由下述以重量份计的组分组成：粉煤灰80%、二次危废铝灰10%、生石灰粉9%、硅酸钠0.5%、铝粉膏0.5%。本发明充填膨胀剂能和煤矿的废弃煤矸石、各种冶炼废渣及电厂粉煤灰、脱硫石膏等混成浆液注入采空区充填，由于充填膨胀剂的加入能使用这些废渣制成的强度较高、快速凝固早强的充填浆膨胀接顶，从而达到膨胀充填采空区的目的；有效的杜绝了巷道、采空区顶上山体开裂造成滑坡，河流、湖泊消失，建筑物、村庄房屋倒塌等事故。
