One-step synthesized high-entropy cordierite ceramic as well as preparation process and application thereof
The invention relates to a preparation process of one-step synthesized high-entropy cordierite ceramic, raw materials comprise a component A, a component B and a component C, and the molar ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is 2: 2: 5; the component A is composed of magnesium oxide and magnesium-site dopants, the magnesium-site dopants comprise at least four of CoO, NiO, ZnO, CuO, FeO, GaO, MnO and ZrO2, the component B is composed of aluminum oxide and aluminum-site dopants, the aluminum-site dopants comprise at least two of Cr2O3, Ti2O3, Fe2O3, GeO2 and V2O5, and the component C is silicon dioxide. The high-entropy cordierite ceramic is synthesized by determining proper doping elements, adopting pure oxides as raw materials and utilizing a one-step firing process, so that the process is simplified, the stability is enhanced, and the infrared performance is improved. The high-entropy cordierite ceramic prepared in the invention also has good electromagnetic wave absorption performance, and can be used as a novel wave-absorbing material.
本发明涉及一种一步合成的高熵堇青石陶瓷的制备工艺,原料组成为组分A、组分B和组分C,组分A、组分B、组分C的摩尔比为2:2:5;组分A由氧化镁和镁位掺杂物组成,镁位掺杂物包括CoO、NiO、ZnO、CuO、FeO、GaO、MnO、ZrO2中的至少四种,组分B由氧化铝和铝位掺杂物组成,铝位掺杂物包括Cr2O3、Ti2O3、Fe2O3、GeO2、V2O5中的至少两种,组分C为二氧化硅。本发明通过确定合适的掺杂元素,采用纯氧化物为原料,利用一步烧成工艺合成了高熵堇青石陶瓷,既简化了工艺,又增强了稳定性,红外性能得到提高。本发明制备得到的高熵堇青石陶瓷还具有良好的电磁波吸收性能,可以作为一种新的吸波材料。
