The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering pipe piles, and discloses a pipe pile repairing formwork supporting device which comprises a pipe pile body, a guide rod, an inner formwork supporting cylinder and an outer formwork supporting cylinder. The inner formwork supporting cylinder and the outer formwork supporting cylinder are rings composed of arc-shaped pieces formed by dividing eight parts into equal parts, each arc-shaped piece is of an independent structure, and a hole allowing a guide rod to penetrate through is formed in the middle, close to the top, of each arc-shaped piece. A first air bag is installed in the center of the outer side of the inner formwork supporting cylinder, the side, away from the inner formwork supporting cylinder, of the first air bag is attached to the inner wall of the pipe pile body, and a second air bag is installed in the center of the inner side of the outer formwork supporting cylinder.
