本发明涉及基坑降水施工技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种降水井三级封堵施工方法。包括以下步骤:S1、布置加强筋,安装套筒;S2、铺设结构底板防水;S3、两层翼板与直筒下部焊接位置处安装遇水膨胀止水条;S4、浇筑底板混凝土;S5、结构施工完并达到设计强度后开始按顺序封堵降水井;S6、自吸泵降低水位,安装带螺纹钢管的第一层封堵钢板,钢管螺纹处缠生料带;S7、设置第二层防水层,浇筑微膨胀抗渗混凝土;S8、设置第三层双层防水钢板层,两层钢板中部填充微膨胀抗渗混凝土;S9、切割高出底板面套筒边缘,利用防水混凝土修补填平底板。本工法操作简单,套筒内三级防水措施等方法,保证了降水井封堵效果。本发明主要应用于降水井封堵施工方面。
