A mounting method of a bridge girder erection machine in a tunnel hole comprises the following steps: (1) completing construction of a tunnel and a roadbed, a bridge abutment and a bridge pier at an exit of the tunnel; (2) transferring a front upper cross beam, a front supporting leg, a front supporting leg transverse moving track, a front auxiliary supporting leg, a crown block, a longitudinal joist barrow and sleepers of the bridge girder erection machine to a truck crane placing site; (3) stacking temporary filling soil at a proper height at a proper position in the tunnel; (4) laying and installing a middle supporting leg transverse moving track on the top surface of the bridge abutment back supporting platform; a middle supporting leg assembly, a front supporting leg transverse moving track and a front supporting leg assembly are hoisted; (5) the beam transporting vehicle runs to temporary filling soil in the tunnel, the front end of the main beam is installed on the front supporting leg, then the rear support is moved to the main beam installation supporting position, and after the front supporting leg is installed and the rear support is placed in place, the main beam is jacked, and the beam transporting vehicle is driven away; and (6) mounting a rear supporting leg, a front upper cross beam crown block, a rear upper cross beam, an electrical system and a hoisting mechanism steel wire rope in sequence. According to the method, the difficulty and complexity of mounting the bridge girder erection machine are reduced.
一种隧道洞内架桥机的安装方法,步骤为:(1)完成隧道及其出口处路基、桥台、桥墩的施工;(2)将架桥机前上横梁、前支腿、前支腿横移轨道、前副支腿、天车、纵行桁车和枕木转运至汽车吊摆放场地;(3)在隧道内适当位置堆放适当高度的临时填土;(4)在桥台台背后支撑平台顶面铺设安装中支腿横移轨道;吊装中支腿总成、前支腿横移轨道、前支腿总成;(5)通过运梁车行驶至隧道内的临时填土上,将主梁前端安装至前支腿上,再将后托移至主梁安装支撑位置,前支腿安装完毕,后托摆放到位后,将主梁顶升,运梁车驶离;(6)依次安装后支腿、前上横梁天车、后上横梁、电器系统以及起升机构钢丝绳穿绕。该方法降低安装架桥机的难度和复杂度。
