The method comprises the steps that round girders of middle supporting legs are placed on the edge of a tunnel portal abutment; assembling a main beam on the roadbed at the other end of the tunnel and hoisting the main beam to a beam transporting vehicle; a riding wheel group of a middle supporting leg is mounted at the lower end of the main beam; conveying the main beam from the other end of the tunnel to a round girder of a middle supporting leg at a tunnel portal, and connecting a riding wheel group of the middle supporting leg with the round girder in a matching manner; a temporary support for supporting the rear end of the main beam is installed in the tunnel, and the main beam is unloaded from the beam transporting vehicle; temporary rear supporting legs for supporting the rear ends of the main beams are installed in the tunnel; a front supporting leg, a front auxiliary supporting leg, a front upper cross beam, a rear upper cross beam and a main beam connecting rod are sequentially installed through a crane, and a longitudinal moving truss vehicle and a crown block are installed on a main beam; installing a whole machine electrical system and a safety device; the middle supporting leg is retreated to the middle of the main beam, and a balance weight is hung at the rear end of the main beam; and the whole machine moves forwards, the main beam moves forwards to the bent cap, and hole passing is completed. According to the method, the construction sequence is optimized, the construction efficiency is improved, and the safety in the construction process is ensured.
