The invention discloses a construction method of a prestressed structure on a branch section of an urban underpass, which specifically comprises the following steps of: S1, excavating a foundation pit under the condition of row pile support, arranging a sand cushion layer after the foundation pit is excavated to the designed bottom elevation, and arranging a C20 plain concrete cushion layer on the sand cushion layer; s2, a prestressed reinforced concrete tunnel bottom plate is constructed; s3, constructing a reinforced concrete side wall and a prestressed reinforced concrete tunnel top plate; s4, prestressed steel strand construction and tensioning; s5, tunnel waterproof construction and foundation pit backfilling are conducted; according to the method, the thicknesses of the top plate and the bottom plate of the underpass channel structure can be controlled to be 1.2 m, so that the burial depth of an underpass road is reduced, the longitudinal slope of the road is slowed down, the excavation depth of a foundation pit is reduced, the construction difficulty and the foundation pit excavation risk are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. Safety and stability of the structure can be guaranteed, construction difficulty and risks are reduced, and management and maintenance in the tunnel operation stage are facilitated.
