Underground structural joint water stop system and method based on water swelling rubber material
The invention discloses an underground structural joint water stop system and method based on a water swelling rubber material, the system comprises a water stop belt and an automatic pressurizing device, the water stop belt is embedded in a waterproof groove in a joint between underground walls, a pressure gauge is installed on the inner wall of the water stop belt, the pressure gauge is electrically connected with the automatic pressurizing device, and the automatic pressurizing device is electrically connected with the water stop belt. The water-stop belt is connected to the automatic pressurizing device through the liquid injection pressurizing pipe, when the water-stop belt swells when encountering water, the pressure gauge generates a signal and feeds the signal back to the automatic pressurizing device, the automatic pressurizing device controls liquid to enter the water-stop belt, and water proofing of a joint is achieved. The problems that a traditional water-stop belt is waterproof, is prone to being snapped due to deformation caused by temperature and sedimentation, falls off from a wall and leaks water are solved, meanwhile, the defect that the waterproof performance of the traditional water-stop belt cannot be autonomously controlled is overcome, and automatic control over the waterproof performance is achieved through automatic pressurization; particularly, waterproofness and controllability are achieved by achieving early-stage non-pressure, water swelling water stopping and later-stage pressurization active control internal pressure swelling water stopping.
本发明公开了基于吸水膨胀橡胶材料的地下结构缝止水系统及方法,包括止水带和自动加压装置,止水带嵌入于地下墙体之间的接缝内的防水沟槽中,止水带的内壁安装有压力计,压力计与自动加压装置电性连接,止水带通过注液加压管连接于自动加压装置,当止水带遇水膨胀,使压力计产生信号,反馈至自动加压装置,自动加压装置控制液体进入止水带,实现对接缝进行防水。本发明解决传统止水带防水,受温度、沉降的原因变形易导致拉断,与墙体脱落而漏水,同时解决了传统止水带无法自主控制防水性能的缺点,并通过自动加压实现防水性能的自主控制,具体为实现初期无压、遇水膨胀止水和后期加压主动控制内压膨胀止水实现防水可控。
