The invention relates to a construction technology of a tall and large independent column in a logistics plant, in particular to a construction method for optimizing a tall and large independent column bottom elevation adjusting short column of the logistics plant, which comprises the following steps of: confirming the construction parts and the number of the tall and large independent column bottom elevation adjusting short columns; high and large independent columns and foundation bearing platform connecting short columns are canceled through checking calculation, and the requirement for the structural design function is met by increasing the length of structural columns; an elevation adjusting short column at the bottom of the high and large independent column mold is omitted; increasing the height of the surrounding brick forming die at the periphery of the bottom of the high and large independent column die from the top surface of the bearing platform to the bottom of the steel bearing plate; steel bar planting holes are drilled in the positions of the reserved notches for laying of the precast beams for steel bar planting; building a brick blank film; and hoisting the precast beam, laying the steel bearing plate, binding the plate surface steel bars, and densely pouring the gap between the brick blank film and the structural column. According to the method, the structural bearing capacity performance and the using performance of the structural column cannot be affected, meanwhile, the construction period can be shortened, the construction cost is saved, and therefore the construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction period is guaranteed.
本发明涉及物流厂房中高大独立柱的施工技术,具体是一种优化物流厂房高大独立柱底标高调节短柱的施工方法,包括:确认存在高大独立柱底标高调节短柱的施工部位及数量;验算取消高大独立柱与基础承台连接短柱并通过增加结构柱长度来达到满足结构设计功能的要求;取消高大独立柱模底的标高调节短柱;增加高大独立柱模底周边围砌砖胎膜的高度,自承台顶面到钢承板底部;在预制梁搁置预留缺口处钻制植筋孔进行植筋;进行砖胎膜的砌筑;预制梁吊装、钢承板铺设、板面钢筋绑扎完成,将砖胎膜与结构柱间的间隙浇筑密实。本方法不会对该结构柱的结构承载力性能及使用性能产生影响,同时还能够缩短工期、节省施工成本,从而有利于加快施工进度、保证工期。
