The invention discloses a cement-based composite material with a force resistance self-sensing function and a preparation method thereof. The cement-based composite material with the force resistance self-sensing function is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1000 parts of cement, 300 parts of silica fume, 390 parts of fine aggregate, 390 parts of water, 8.75 to 13.13 parts of carbon fiber, 12.13 to 14.55 parts of polyethylene fiber, 6 to 7 parts of water reducing agent and 0.3 to 0.4 part of thickening agent. The cement-based composite material with the force resistance self-sensing function, provided by the invention, is a building engineering material formed by coordinating and mixing various fibers in a cement matrix, can make up for the defects of single doped fibers, and has good comprehensive performance. Therefore, the cement-based composite material provided by the invention provides a feasible way for preparing the cement-based composite material with pressing, pulling and bending resistance self-sensing functions.
本发明公开了一种具有力阻自感知功能的水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,所述具有力阻自感知功能的水泥基复合材料包括以下重量份的组分:水泥1000份,硅灰300份,细骨料390份,水390份,碳纤维8.75~13.13份,聚乙烯纤维12.13~14.55份,减水剂6~7份,增稠剂0.3~0.4份。本发明提供的具有力阻自感知功能的水泥基复合材料是将多种纤维在水泥基体中互相协调混合而成的建筑工程材料,可以弥补单掺纤维的不足而具有良好的综合性能。因此,本发明提供的水泥基复合材料为实现制备具有压、拉、弯阻自感知功能的水泥基复合材料提供了一个可行的途径。
