The invention discloses an admixture of a cement-based sensing material, a preparation method of the admixture and the cement-based sensing material. The admixture is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 80 to 90 percent of tobacco leaf extracting solution and 10 to 20 percent of R-B dry powder, the R-B dry powder is rutin powder and/or baicalin powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the R-B dry powder into the tobacco leaf extracting solution, adjusting the pH value to be alkaline, putting the mixture into an ultrasonic constant-temperature water bath kettle, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment, standing and filtering, thereby obtaining the product. The admixture of the cement-based sensing material is applied to the cement-based sensing material. The admixture disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, low in cost, capable of fully utilizing waste and inferior tobacco leaves, green and environment-friendly, good in retarding effect and capable of prolonging the coagulation time as required.
本发明公开了一种水泥基传感材料的外加剂及其制法与水泥基传感材料,该外加剂按质量百分比包括以下组分:80%‑90%的烟叶提取液和10%‑20%的R‑B干粉;所述R‑B干粉为芦丁粉末和/或黄苓苷粉末。其制法为:将R‑B干粉加入到烟叶提取液并调节pH至碱性,将其放置于超声波恒温水浴锅中,超声,静置,过滤,即得。将上述的水泥基传感材料的外加剂应用于水泥基传感材料中。本发明的外加剂制备工艺简单、成本低,可充分利用废次烟叶,绿色环保,缓凝效果良好,可以按需要延长凝结时间。
