Wherein the inner sleeve (1) is annular, and the central area of the inner sleeve (1) extends in the axial direction to form the sheath (3); the outer sleeve (2) is in a circular ring shape, a through hole (4) is formed in the center area, and the protective sleeve (3) can penetrate through the through hole (4). A movable groove (5) is formed in the surface, adjacent to the inner sleeve (1), of the outer sleeve (2), so that the inner sleeve (1) can synchronously and freely move in the movable groove (5) when the push rod of the preheater swings.
