The invention belongs to the technical field of preheater feeding chambers, and discloses a lime rotary kiln preheater feeding chamber device which comprises a feeding chamber component and a material conveying component, the material conveying component is fixedly connected to the discharging end of the feeding chamber component, and a material guiding channel used for guiding limestone to be conveyed into the material conveying component is formed in the material conveying component; and the material conveying component is used for guiding limestone to be conveyed into the preheater. According to the limestone feeding device, through cooperation of the inserting rods and the inserting grooves, the material guiding inclined plate is installed above the supporting frame, after limestone is added into the material guiding cavity, the limestone is guided and buffered through the material guiding inclined plate, the limestone enters the material conveying frame and then is conveyed into the preheating chamber, in this way, falling limestone can be blocked, and the limestone feeding efficiency is improved. The limestone is prevented from directly impacting the refractory material, the passing area of the limestone is not reduced, the limestone can be quickly conveyed by the device, the limestone conveying difficulty of the device is reduced, and the limestone conveying efficiency of the device is improved.
本发明属于预热器加料室技术领域,且公开了一种石灰回转窑预热器加料室装置,包括:加料室构件及输料构件,所述输料构件固定连接于加料室构件的出料端,且输料构件内部开设有用于引导石灰石输送至输料构件内部的导料通道;所述输料构件用于引导石灰石输送至预热器中。本发明通过插杆与插槽配合,使导料斜板安装于支撑架上方,当石灰石加入至导料腔内部后,通过导料斜板对石灰石引导和缓冲,使石灰石进入至输料架中后,再输送至预热室中,该方式不仅可阻挡下落的石灰石,避免石灰石直接冲击耐火材料,也不会减小石灰石的通过面积,让装置可以快速的将石灰石输送,降低了装置输送石灰石的难度,提高了装置输送石灰石的效率。
