The invention relates to the technical field of house building construction, and discloses a construction method of a house building pile foundation, which comprises the following steps: step 1, foundation treatment: firstly carrying out field survey so as to determine the size and depth of the foundation; step 2, point cloud scanning: shooting a ground base table by using an unmanned aerial vehicle or a satellite, then determining rock stratum components by using drilling equipment, and modeling the area according to the data; 3, simulation construction is conducted, specifically, the model in the step 2 is combined with the construction efficiency of a construction team to calculate the time needed by drilling of the whole foundation; 4, data synchronization is conducted, specifically, the simulation construction result is output to a construction team, and the construction team conducts construction according to the simulation drilling data; 5, the actual construction progress of the construction team is collected again through the data collection equipment, and the actual progress in the next week is obtained in combination with weather data; and 6, importing the data in the step 5 into the step 3, deducing the actual construction time again, and calculating more accurate construction efficiency.
