The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a ceramic plate and the ceramic plate, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing matrix powder which at least comprises aluminum oxide powder, calcium oxide powder, magnesium oxide powder and silicon dioxide powder; preparing conductor powder, and preparing titanium powder, aluminum powder and carbon powder; pressing the matrix powder into a biscuit; the biscuit is filled with the conductor powder and pressed, and a biscuit assembly is obtained; and sintering the biscuit assembly to obtain the ceramic plate. The preparation method is beneficial to improving the stability and reliability of the ceramic plate.
