The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum oxide ceramics, and particularly relates to aluminum oxide ceramic slurry, an aluminum oxide green tape and a preparation method. The invention aims to overcome the defects of powder agglomeration and non-uniform slurry dispersion in the existing water system tape casting process; in order to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the alumina ceramic slurry, the alumina raw belt and the preparation method are provided, and the blank piece is high in brittleness and easy to crack during drying. According to the preparation method, the high-purity Al2O3 powder is firstly modified, and then the composite dispersing agent is adopted to achieve the maximum steric hindrance stability; then compounding a latex binder and a water-soluble binder to fully ensure the dispersion stability of the slurry; adjusting the pH value of the slurry to obtain the ceramic slurry with the maximum absolute value of the primary particle surface potential and the maximum electrostatic stability; and finally, an aqueous tape casting technology is adopted to prepare the aluminum oxide wide-width tape casting green tape with good flexibility, high mechanical strength and high green body density, so that the aluminum oxide wide-width tape casting green tape can be widely applied to the fields of microwave communication, microwave frequency bands and the like.
