The present invention discloses an alumina multilayer ceramic tungsten metallide slurry, which comprises, by weight, 65.0-95.0 wt% of electric conduction metal tungsten powder, 1.0-15.0 wt% of an inorganic adhesion phase and 4.0-20.0 wt% of an organic medium, wherein the inorganic adhesion phase powder is any one or a plurality of materials selected from a metal oxide, a non-metal oxide, a silicate, a metal oxide precursor and the like, and a polymer and an additive are dispersed in an organic solvent so as to obtain the organic medium. The present invention further provides a preparation method of the slurry. According to the present invention, the slurry has characteristics of good fluidity, good thixotropy and high resolution, is especially suitable for filling of through holes with a diameter of more than or equal to 0.1 mm and printing of fine patterns with a line width and line spacing of more than or equal to 75 [mu]m, and provides good sintering matching property, high flatness and strong adhesion with the ceramic substrate, the sheet resistance is stable and the resistance value is in a range of 5.0-10.0 m[omega]/, and the technology has characteristics of simple preparation process and wide raw material source, and is suitable for industrialized mass production.
