The invention discloses a zirconium oxide composite ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof.The zirconium oxide composite ceramic comprises a zirconium oxide ceramic matrix layer and a zirconium oxide strengthening layer, the zirconium oxide strengthening layer covers at least part of the surface of the zirconium oxide ceramic matrix layer, the zirconium oxide strengthening layer comprises monoclinic phase zirconium oxide, and the monoclinic phase zirconium oxide is coated with the zirconium oxide strengthening layer. The molar content of the stabilizer in the zirconium oxide reinforced layer in the zirconium oxide reinforced layer is lower than the molar content of the stabilizer in the zirconium oxide ceramic matrix layer in the zirconium oxide ceramic matrix layer, and monoclinic phase zirconium oxide in the zirconium oxide reinforced layer accounts for 5-50 wt% of the zirconium oxide reinforced layer. Compared with untreated zirconia ceramic, the zirconia composite ceramic provided by the invention needs larger collision force to generate cracks or expand the cracks, so that the impact resistance and the strength of the zirconia ceramic can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种氧化锆复合陶瓷及其制备方法和应用,氧化锆复合陶瓷包括:氧化锆陶瓷基质层和氧化锆强化层,所述氧化锆强化层包覆在所述氧化锆陶瓷基质层的至少部分表面上,所述氧化锆强化层中包括单斜相氧化锆,所述氧化锆强化层中稳定剂占所述氧化锆强化层的摩尔含量低于所述氧化锆陶瓷基质层中稳定剂占所述氧化锆陶瓷基质层的摩尔含量,其中,所述氧化锆强化层中单斜相氧化锆占所述氧化锆强化层的含量为5~50wt%。采用本申请的氧化锆复合陶瓷与未处理氧化锆陶瓷相比,需要更大的碰撞力才能产生裂纹或使裂纹扩展,从而可以有效提升氧化锆陶瓷的耐冲击性和强度。
