The preparation method of the zirconium oxide-calcium zirconate composite ceramic comprises the following steps: mixing zirconium oxide and calcium carbonate, and calcining to obtain calcium zirconate coated zirconium oxide particles; and mixing the calcium zirconate-coated zirconium oxide particles with zirconium oxide, performing compression molding, and sintering to obtain the zirconium oxide-calcium zirconate composite ceramic. According to the method, zirconium oxide and calcium carbonate react in a heating mode to generate calcium zirconate, zirconium oxide particles are evenly coated with the generated calcium zirconate, the obtained calcium zirconate coated zirconium oxide particles are excellent in performance, and high thermodynamic stability, excellent erosion resistance, high temperature bearing capacity and high temperature resistance of a calcium zirconate material are comprehensively utilized. And the thermal shock resistance of the zirconia ceramic can be greatly improved. And the preparation process is simple to operate, short in preparation period and low in cost.
本发明提供了一种氧化锆‑锆酸钙复合陶瓷及其制备方法与应用,涉及金属陶瓷技术领域。所述氧化锆‑锆酸钙复合陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将氧化锆与碳酸钙混合后煅烧得到锆酸钙包覆的氧化锆颗粒;将锆酸钙包覆的氧化锆颗粒与氧化锆混合压制成型后烧结得到氧化锆‑锆酸钙复合陶瓷。本发明利用加热方式使氧化锆和碳酸钙进行反应生成锆酸钙,且生成的锆酸钙均匀包覆在氧化锆颗粒上,得到的锆酸钙包覆氧化锆颗粒性能优异,综合利用了锆酸钙材料热力学稳定性高、抗侵蚀性优异、承温能力强,且不易发生多晶转变等特点,能够极大提高氧化锆陶瓷的抗热震性能。且在制备过程中操作简单,制备周期短、成本低。
