Ceramic matrix composite annular flanging component and preparation method and tool thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic matrix composite annular flanging component. The preparation method comprises the processes of laying and weaving, mold closing, interface layer deposition and pyrolysis, silicon carbide matrix deposition and repeated machining and silicon carbide matrix deposition. The invention further relates to a ceramic matrix composite material annular flanging component which is a flanging component with non-equal wall thickness and a closed angle, is of an overall structure, is in rotational symmetry and is prepared from a prefabricated body. The invention further relates to a ceramic matrix composite annular flanging component tool which comprises the inner mold, the outer mold and the connecting piece, during mold closing, the inner mold, the outer mold and the prefabricated body are fixed together through the connecting piece, and the prefabricated body is subjected to shape correction through mold closing of the inner mold and the outer mold. The preparation method is used in combination with a tool, the interlayer bonding strength of the component is improved, and the mechanical property of the component is improved. The tool is convenient to transport and operate, the preparation cost is reduced, and knitting at different angles in the knitting process of the 2.5-dimensional prefabricated body is achieved.
