Annular composite bamboo cylindrical biomass component and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an annular composite bamboo cylindrical biomass component and a preparation method thereof. The structure of the annular composite bamboo cylindrical biomass component is composed of two layers of composite bamboo cylinders A and B different in thickness, wherein the thickness of the composite bamboo cylinder A is smaller than the thickness of the composite bamboo cylinder B; the composite bamboo cylinder A (3) is located in the center to form concentric circles with the composite bamboo cylinder B (1); the gap between the composite bamboo cylinders A and B is full of a biomass filler (2); if necessary, steel bars or FRP bars (4) need to be evenly arranged between the composite bamboo cylinder B (1) and the composite bamboo cylinder A (3) so as to form a composite component together. The annular composite bamboo cylindrical biomass component has the advantages that the characteristics of the biomass material are utilized thoroughly and the rich agricultural and forestry biomass resources of China are applied to the structural components. The building component has the advantages of low dead weight, high rigidity, good ductility, strong self-recovery ability, good economic performance, excellent anti-seismicproperty and the like; besides, the construction steps of the component are simple; in short, the component can be applied as compression or bending component in the field of structures.
