The invention discloses light ceramsite for a building muck-based all-solid waste building material as well as a forming device and a forming method of the light ceramsite. The ceramsite is prepared from raw materials including building muck, river and lake sludge, alumina tailings, Bayer process red mud and a pore-forming material. The forming device comprises an extrusion assembly and a matched hole making plate, two sets of crossed blades are arranged in the extrusion assembly, an extrusion die with quadrilateral grids is formed, and a plurality of conical needles corresponding to the extrusion die are arranged and installed on the hole making plate; the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out multi-stage screening on the building residue soil, respectively drying, crushing, mixing and ball-milling on the screened building residue soil and other raw materials, adding water, aging, extruding and granulating, drying, and pre-sintering and roasting.
