The invention discloses a steel plate shear wall unit and a modular combined steel plate shear wall, the steel plate shear wall unit comprises a steel plate assembly, the steel plate assembly comprises a first steel plate and a second steel plate which are oppositely arranged, the inner wall of the first steel plate is connected with a plurality of first butt joint pieces, and the first butt joint pieces extend towards the second steel plate; a plurality of second butt joint pieces are connected to the inner wall of the second steel plate, the second butt joint pieces extend towards the first steel plate, and each first butt joint piece is in non-welding fit with the corresponding second butt joint piece, so that relative movement of the first steel plate relative to the second steel plate in the width direction of the steel plate assembly is limited, and the probability that in the transportation process or the pouring process, the steel plate is damaged is reduced. In addition, compared with the mode that a batten plate is used for connecting the first steel plate and the second steel plate, the number of used parts is reduced, the procedure of welding the batten plate in a small space is omitted, and therefore the manufacturing difficulty of the steel plate shear wall unit is lowered.
