A charging cover device for a vehicle includes: a first inner cover for covering a first charging port of the vehicle; a first reset mechanism; the positioning mechanism is configured to be capable of being switched to a first working state under the condition that the first inner cover is opened so as to keep the first inner cover at the opening position, and is switched to a second working state in response to the completion of the charging process of the first charging port, therefore, the first inner cover can be driven by the first reset mechanism to move to the closing position of the first inner cover. The charging cover device may also include a second inner cover. Therefore, the inner cover does not need to abut against the charging gun at the opening position, and abrasion of the inner cover and the charging gun is avoided. In addition, the inner cover can automatically move to the closed position after the charging process is finished, so that manual operation of a user is omitted. The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising the charging cover device.
