The invention discloses a preparation method of a hydrophilic modified polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete material. The preparation method of the hydrophilic modified polypropylene fiber comprises the following steps: grafting resin acid on polypropylene through gamma ray irradiation, melting and mixing with polypropylene according to a certain proportion, extruding through a spinneret plate, cooling in a water bath, pulling up, and finally carrying out heat setting and cutting off to obtain the hydrophilic modified polypropylene fiber. The hydrophilic modified polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete material can be prepared by mixing the obtained hydrophilic modified polypropylene fiber with cement, aggregate, a superplasticizer and water according to a certain proportion. According to the method, polypropylene is subjected to hydrophilic modification by using the natural raw material resin acid, the method belongs to a green modification method, and the impact strength, flexural toughness, surface smoothness and other properties of the finally prepared concrete material are greatly improved.
