The invention discloses an LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) green tape suitable for a mixed conductor material and a preparation method of the LTCC green tape. Glass ceramics comprise H glass and L glass. The H microcrystalline glass is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 35 to 55 percent of CaO, 5 to 15 percent of B2O3, 40 to 50 percent of SiO2 and 0.5 to 2 percent of alkali carbonate. The L microcrystalline glass is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 45 percent of CaO, 30 to 40 percent of B2O3, 20 to 30 percent of SiO2 and 0.5 to 2 percent of oxidation additive. According to the double-glass system, during sintering, the two components can be crystallized and shrunk step by step, and a stable shrinkage curve can be obtained by adjusting the formulas of the H glass and the L glass.
