The invention discloses an LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) green tape, slurry for preparing the LTCC green tape and preparation methods. The preparation of the slurry comprises the following steps of: preparing a multi-element organic carrier: mixing 2.5-7.5 parts of 4-methyl-2-pentanone, 2.5-7.5 parts of n-butyl alcohol and 4 parts of oil-soluble PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral), and completely dissolving the oil-soluble PVB to obtain the multi-element organic carrier; preparing a powder suspension: well mixing 55 parts of glass powder, 7.25-21.75 parts of 4-methyl-2-pentanone, 7.25-21.75 parts of n-butyl alcohol and 0.75 parts of a BKY-110 dispersing agent, so as to obtain the powder suspension; and preparing slurry: well mixing the multi-element organic carrier, the powder suspension and 1.25 parts of an OE400 plasticizer to obtain the slurry for preparing the LTCC green tape. According to the method, the mechanical property of the LTCC green tape can be improved under the condition that the use amount of a binder is not increased.
