Composite-configuration high-thermal-conductivity diamond SiC composite material and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out activation heat treatment on nano diamond powder and nano SiC powder, then mixing and ball-milling with graphene and carbon black powder to obtain a powder precursor, loading the precursor into a high-pressure assembly, and carrying out high-temperature and high-pressure forming in a cubic press to obtain the high-thermal-conductivity diamond SiC composite material. The method has the advantages of being high in microscopic structure control precision, high in process stability and repeatability and the like, and efficient preparation of the diamond/SiC composite material can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种复合构型高导热金刚石SiC复合材料及其制备方法先将纳米金刚石粉和纳米SiC粉进行活化热处理,然后与石墨烯和碳黑粉末混合球磨得到粉末前驱体,并将前驱体装入高压组件,在六面顶压机中高温高压成形,最后进行放电等离子快速热处理,最终得到复合构型高导热金刚石/SiC复合材料,此方法具有显微组织结构控制精度高、工艺稳定性和重复性强等优点,可实现金刚石/SiC复合材料的高效制备。
