The preparation method of the high-thermal-conductivity composite material comprises the following steps: sewing a carbon fiber fabric with flexible fibers to prepare a carbon fiber preform; the carbon fiber preform is subjected to liquid-phase impregnation, curing, carbonization and graphitization, and the high-thermal-conductivity composite material is obtained. The embodiment of the invention can have the following advantages: the carbon fiber preform is processed, so that the problem of poor heat-conducting property in the radial direction of the carbon fiber is solved, and the composite material has excellent heat-conducting property in the thickness direction.
